driver, SD card, tablets or other storage devices belong to Dikshansh and its
users acting on their own or on behalf of the minors are termed as users.
Users are
advised to read the terms and privacy policy of the company (Privacy policy
–www.dikshansh.com/privacy) carefully with respect to registering with us. In
case of any discrepancy between the terms and any other policies with respect
to the application or website or services, the provision of the terms shall
prevail.
Your use/access
of the website or application or services or registration (with or without
payment/ with or without subscription) by any means imply your acceptance of
the terms.
If you do not
agree with our terms the privacy policy, you are requested not to use the
application or website as any access to our services through registration/
subscription is non-transferable.
Our Website
or Application is an online platform where Users can access the web in order to
get help in academic subjects for K – 12 classes. The Users have to register
themselves online or on Application to access the syllabus, content, course,
study materials, videos, after paying the subscribed amount.
To register
for the course, a User Need to create an account on the website or Application
for that you need to choose a Username and Password.
At the time
of registration for a course, the user need to provide the necessary
information like full name, mobile number and other contact number details,
demographic profile (Age, Gender, Address, etc).
The User is
fully responsible for safeguarding the confidentially of Username and Password,
i.e. log in credentials. We reserve the right to permanently suspend your
account if you provide false / inaccurate details or information.
Persons who
have attained 18 years of age have the right to register for the course. In
case of minors, the legal guardian should give their consent to use the
Application. Any persons under the age of 18 years should seek the consent of
their parents/legal guardians. Dikshansh reserve the right to terminate your
registration / subscription if any inaccurate data is found.
Transactions
made by users credit and Debit cards are secure and protected as such
information is not received, stored by or retained by the website/Application
in any manner.
Any use of
the Application/Website, Products or services other than for personal use is
prohibited. There are certain restrictions while using the services –
(a)
You will not decompile, reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute,
transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, transfer or sell any
information or software obtained the Website / Application.
(b)
You will not use this website / Application for Commercial purposes
or Advertise or Sell the Application or any service.
(c)
No User shall permitted to perform any of the following prohibited
activities while availing this service

Trojan horses Warms, spyware, time bombs cancel bots or other computer
programming routines, code etc.
(v)
Access or use the Application / Website in faulty manner.
(vi)
Intentionally or unintentionally interfere with or disrupt the
services.
(vii)
Allow or modify any part of the Application / Website.
(viii)
Use the services unlawfully.
(ix)
Violation of any terms of the use of Application / Website.
By registering
yourself for the courses, you provide your contact details to our employees,
Associates so that you can be communicated about shorten information and
promotions through phone, SMS, Email, WhatsApp etc. you may choose to opt out from such
Communications by unsubscribing on the website itself

Videos, Script and Audio contained in the App/ Website, Services and Products
belongs to the property of the company. No proprietary information can be
copied, downloaded, recorded, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded,
posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without obtaining the prior permission
of the owner of the APP/ Website
Nothing on
this App/ Website or Services shall be deemed to confirm a license of or any
other right, interest or title to or in any of the intellectual property rights.

while preparing the Website/ App, product, services. it is very rare that inadvertent errors may
occur. Our Company disclaims any responsibility for any errors and accuracy of

modify any of our services at our discretion.

company is not responsible for any loss or damage Caused to Tablet or any other
hardware/ software instruments including loss of data or effect on the
processing speed, resulting from your use of our products and services.
The company
claims the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue or eliminate any
aspect, features or functionality of the application or the services as if
deems fit at any time without notice.
The company
disclaims all warranties and condition with regard to the website/Application,
products and the services. The Company shall not be liable for any damages
arising out of or in connection with the use or performances of this Website or
the Application or the Services.
Cancellation
of the products or services is only allowed for subscription that are
identified as refundable under the application billing plan opted by the
subscriber. The request for cancellation will be processed after 10 days from receipt
of cancellation request. The refund amount will be calculated based on monthly
subscription rate for the time the subscription was active
After
deducting the amount of the active period based on monthly subscription rate,
the balance will be refunded.
You are
requested to go through the privacy policy on our website and make use of the
information it contains.
User should
agree to defend, indemnify and protect the company, its officers, directors,
employees and Agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations,
losses, liabilities, cost or Debt and
expenses arising from:-

2. Your

3. Your

4. Any claim

seeking their consent.

failure by Dikshansh to en force or exercise any provision of the terms, or any
related rights shall not constitute a waiver by the company of that provision
or right.
7. The users
should acknowledge that their participation on the Website/App, does not make
them employees or agency partners or franchise of Dikshansh.
8. Any
violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of
the user's accounts apart from any legal remedy that Dikshansh can avail. In
such situation, Dikshansh may disclose the user's account information if
required by any governmental or legal authorities.
It also may
result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.
9. We are
entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation, the users
breach these terms or any other such agreement or policy

user's obligations and our rights and remedies set out in these terms are comulative and are in addition to the
users obligations and remedies at laws or in equity.
In any case
the company or its officers, directors, employees, partners or supplies be liable to the user,
the vendor or any third party for any special,incidental, indirect, consequential
or punitive damages, whatsoever, including those arising out of or in connection with your use
of or access to the Website/App product services

shall be governed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India.

The user's
feedback with respect to the application shall be deemed to be non-confidencial.
Our Application/Website shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted
basis.

your feedback, you represent and warrant that-

2. Dikshansh
is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express, or implied, with

3. You are
not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from Dikshansh.

circumstances shall Dikshansh be held responsible in any manner for content
